However, given the popularity of our candles and the possibility of high demand, there might be instances when we need to handcraft more candles to meet the orders in a timely manner, in that case the curing process plays a vital role in enhancing the fragrance and performance of the candles. Allowing the wax and fragrance oil to marinate during this time ensures that customers can fully enjoy the aroma and get the best possible experience when burning the candles. The curing process takes up to 14 days.

Scent From Above is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of candles, and this may require some processing time. We want to assure you that we are committed to providing you with the best products and service possible.

Under normal circumstances, you can expect your order to be shipped within 2-3 business days from the time you placed the order. This means that we will process your order, prepare the items, and have them ready for shipping within that timeframe.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are typically not considered business days, so the processing time may be extended if your order is placed during such times.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information, allowing you to keep track of the delivery status.

Once your order is placed (after the processing time outlined above) your order should take 3-5 business days to arrive.

Please note that we do everything we can to ensure the 3-5 business day shipping time, however, once your order is in the hands of the mail carriers, delivery time could be altered by them for unforeseen circumstances. We are not in control of shipping times or responsible for delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of packages.
